If I sounded like I didn't respect those labels, forgive my introduction; I hold an office at my church, and I want us, as leaders, to be better servants so that the labels line up with the titles. So, I believe that if we are the best where God has placed us, we will be better servants, with a purpose to serve God's people and glorify our King, Jesus.

Romans 8:28 states, and we know that for those who love God, He will do what He has called us to do.

Romans 8:28 says and we know that for those who love God, all things work together for good, for those who are called according to His purpose. (not our purpose). For me —and I pray for all of us —the verse emphasizes that God is actively working in all situations to bring about good for believers who love Him and have been called according to His plan.

Remember, my brothers, if we have been given these positions, titles, offices, it's for God's purpose, for His glory and our good, to do what the word of God tells us to do. I don't always know it all. Humility, with the love of Jesus, brings much fruit for the kingdom of God, and it keeps us humble in doing God's will.
