Ephesians 2:10 states, "For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them. Our purpose is to serve, not to be served all the time; this will help us better understand our purpose in this Christian walk.
I would like to believe that God is using these words of encouragement and love to help us, as men, walk in our purpose and be all He has called us to be, in Jesus' name. We are men of God; let us talk more about what we are going through with one another, keeping it to ourselves, God and to those who are men of faith. I believe more men would open up. Yes, keep in the group and don't be a busybody about the things at heart. What I am saying is that Las Vegas has nothing on the men of God when we are unified together as God's men.
We need a village approach to kingdom building, encouraging one another rather than destroying each other's character, and listening to what one another has to say about God's word and His will. We don't have all the answers, but Jesus does in His word (the Bible). We need to reach out to one another to see how others are doing —not as busybodies, but with genuine concern for their feelings, how they are doing, and their families.
I want to say I am a Joshua 24:15 kind of brother, and I will be here if anyone needs to talk about what's going on in their lives. It will stay with me and you.
