I believe first you need to be a believer, love Jesus Christ and His people, and love the lost.

Matthews 6:33 states- Seek ye first God and His righteousness and all other things shall be added unto you. I believe that's a nice start, and I am willing to serve others with love and compassion and God's word and His will.

Men of God, can we, as God's men, work to seek Him first (Jesus Christ), let His word and will be our guide, and let man's opinions or thoughts be second? You do know God's word is final, and man is just confirming its truth. Proverbs 3:5-6 states, "Trust in the lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths." This passage encourages a complete reliance on God's guidance rather than human intellect, promising that He will make one's path straight if they acknowledge Him in all things.

Proverbs 27:17 states Iron sharpens Iron -So we, as men of God, need to keep each brother accountable to his call and help them when we see them fallen, and check on one another from time to time.
